Offer Feedback, Write Reviews, Give Testimonials

We embrace interacting with our clients, and we’re not afraid of any complaints (although they are few and far between). Bill Gates said, “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”

If you are a client of Fabra-Cleen, and you want to interact with us, we encourage you to speak your mind. Here’s how you can offer your feedback, write reviews, or give testimonials:

 

How to Give a Google+ Review

1. Log in to your Google account. (If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one here. Just follow the easy, step-by-step directions.)
2. Open the Fabra-Cleen Google+ listing page.
3. In the Review Summary section, click Write a review (with the pen icon). A text box will appear. Write your review. While you are there, be sure to give Fabra-Cleen up to five stars, as you see fit.
4. To publish your review, click Publish.

How to Give a Yelp Review

1. Log in to your Yelp account. (If you don’t have a Yelp account, you can create one here. Just follow the easy, step-by-step directions.)
2. Open the Fabra-Cleen Yelp page.
3. Click Write a Review (the red button at the top of the page).
4. A text box will appear. Write your review. While you are there, be sure to give Fabra-Cleen up to five stars, as you see fit.
5. To publish your review, click Post.

How to Give Feedback on the Fabra-Cleen Website

1. Go to our Contact page.
2. Complete the form, including your feedback in the “Message” section.
3. Click “Submit Message.”
